Substitution policy
Fresh flowers are seasonal. When a specific flower is unavailable, our designers substitute blooms of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, colour palette and feel of the arrangement.
Delivery policy
We deliver throughout Nassau. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and daily cutoff times. Please provide a complete address and a contact number for the recipient. If no one is available, we may leave the order in a safe place or with reception where appropriate.
Cancellations & changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Custom and event orders may require a non-refundable design deposit.
Rentals
Rental items are reserved on confirmation and must be returned in their original condition at the end of the rental period. Damage or loss is charged at replacement value.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We never sell your details.
